Are warranty repairs free of charge?

Repair under warranty will be free of charge once the official service centres establish that the product defect is not due to accidental causes.

Repair Activities

For items still under warranty and under the appropriate terms and conditions, the repair will be borne by Lattuca SRL.

Non-accidental defect

If the defect turns out to be non-accidental, after prior assessment of the item by Lattuca SRL, the repair will be carried out after acceptance and payment of the estimate.

Is shipping free?

Shipping to Italy is free for orders over 149€. Orders with a lower amount will have shipping costs of 10€.

Is gift wrapping included in the price?
Yes, gift wrapping is always free of charge and always included in the price.

Can I return goods?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product you can return the goods within 14 working days.

Can I customise the product I intend to buy?

Yes, you can request the customisation of the product you intend to purchase with a laser engraving. Please ask for a quote.

Will the jewellery I purchased arrive with its original bag and packaging?

Yes, you will receive the product with the original packaging, the international warranty and the brand bag if present.

After how long will I receive the purchased product?

We process orders within 1-2 working days, and ship by express courier with a delivery time for Italy of 2-3 working days.
