Warranty conditions:
1. The warranty is void in the event of improper use or tampering with the object
2. All jewels and watches are accompanied by a guarantee certificate from the manufacturer
3. Repair under warranty is a free service if the cause is not accidental; shipping costs are charged to the buyer.
4. Warranty repair times vary depending on the case. The timing can vary from 60 to 90 working days excluding shipping times.
Is warranty repair free?
Warranty repairs will be free once the official service centers find that the product defect is not due to accidental causes.

Repair Activities
For items still under warranty and in the appropriate terms and conditions, the repair will be borne by Lattuca SRL.
Not an accidental defect
In the event that the defect is not accidental, after prior evaluation of the object by Lattuca SRL, the repair will be carried out after acceptance and payment of the estimate.
