RETURN POLICY:

You can exercise the right of withdrawal, receiving a refund of the amount paid, if these conditions are met:

- The products must not have been used, modified and customized

- The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasion or scratches

- The product must be accompanied by the guarantee and the original invoice or receipt

 

You can request:

1. The substitution of the article with another, instead of the reimbursement of the amount spent.

2. A Store credit: credit equal to the value of the refund to be used on the site or in the store

 

To make a product follow these simple instructions:

1. Send an email to the address info@lattucastore.com indicating: the order number you received via email and also present in the package (essential for managing the return) and the reason for the return. If you can, leave your phone number and a time slot in which you prefer to be contacted. You'll receive a confirmation email.

2. Print the waybill and take care of the packaging. If you can, use the original packaging. We remind you that the package must include the product to be completed with seals and labels, the packaging, the guarantee and the original invoice or receipt.

3. Send the package to the address "Lattuca S.R.L. Via Atenea 98/100 - 92100, Agrigento (AG) or deliver by hand to any of our sales points indicated at the bottom of the site.
Remember, you have 14 days from receipt to deliver the package to the courier to send us the product to be returned (as attested by the courier's date of acceptance of the package)

4. Once the return has been received, Lattucastore reserves 7 days to verify whether or not the reimbursement requirements are met; at the end of which you will receive a communication email.

 

Defective product:

The case of defective product, Lattucastore reserves the right to verify the actual defect and, once ascertained the defectiveness of the product, you can proceed as follows:

- Request product replacement

- Request a refund of the amount paid (Lattucastore will reimburse you the price paid for the jewel and also any shipping costs incurred)

- Acceptance of reimbursement, net of discounts, shipping costs and bank commissions

- Refuse the return

- Report the amount deducted as a rebate deduction

In the event of defective goods (manufacturing defects covered by warranty), the return costs are borne by Lattucastore.

 

When is the return accepted?

Your return will be taken over within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. In the event that you have made the return to the store, the case will be taken into account upon receipt of the goods at our logistics site and no later than 10 days from your delivery to the store. In some cases you will be contacted for any additional information needed.

 

Reimbursement times:

The refund will be executed with the same payment method within 14 working days from the acceptance of the return. In case of return delivery to the shop the refund will be made within 30 days. Once the reimbursement has been made, the technical credit times on the credit card or on the Paypal account depend on your banking circuit.
In the event that the payment of the products has been made by prepaid card or bank transfer, the refunds will be made by crediting the card or current account from which the charge was originally made (for the transfer we will contact you to provide us with your bank details ).

Warranty conditions:

1. The warranty is void in the event of improper use or tampering with the object

2. All jewels and watches are accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty certificate

3. Warranty repair is a free service, if the cause is not accidental; shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

4. The timing of warranty repairs vary depending on the case. The timing can vary from 60 to 90 working days excluding shipping times.

 

Is warranty repair free?

The repair under warranty will be free once the official assistance centers will verify that the defect of the product is not due to accidental causes.

Repair Activity

For items still under warranty and in the appropriate terms and conditions, the repair will be borne by Lattucastore.

 

In the event that the defect is not accidental, after prior evaluation of the object by LattucaStore, the repair will be carried out after acceptance and payment of the estimate.
