Shipping of your package

Orders are usually processed by Lattuca SRL within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Therefore orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped between Monday and Tuesday.

Shipping is via DHL express courier. Delivery times for Italy are 2-3 working days. Delivery times may be delayed based on the geographic location of the destination city, remote area classification, or delivery to smaller islands. Any delays or problems in delivery are not our responsibility, but the courier DHL.

Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination.

As for shipments outside the EEC, Lattuca SRL is in no way responsible for any duties or shipping charges, which are always charged to the recipient.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The purchased items are shipped with padded envelopes or boxes, closed with exclusive Triskeles adhesive tape, white with blue writing, and everything is placed in a white and yellow DHL plastic bag, closed with Triskeles adhesive tape, white with blue writing, and signed it too. We ask you to pay the utmost attention to the integrity of the package and to these details when you receive the package at home.
